GEOLOGICAL EXPERTISE
Geo-Help's Data base contains over 700 years of Geological expertise covering virtually all the Geological skills required by a successful Oil and Gas Company.
The database identifies specific skills along with geographic and formational areas of expertise. This database is proprietary to Geo-Help with all information held confidential.
Geo-Help's focus is on Individuals or small Companies who may not have the resources to aggressively market their services. These individuals and services are available for short or long term projects on a part or full time basis. Geo-Help's intent is to provide access to these individuals in the most efficient manner possible.
Geo-Help has developed a proprietary check list "Winning with Consultants" which can be made available to Consultants and Client Companies who utilise Geo-Help's services. The checklist is intended to ensure that both Parties address all the important issues in the early stages of a project discussion in order to minimise surprises, misunderstandings and disappointments.
While Geo-Help can provide full interviewing, screening and hiring services, the main focus is to put a Consultant in contact with the Client and allow the two parties to negotiate their needs. This process is intended to minimise the time spent by individuals looking for work and the time spent by Employers seeking qualified individuals.
Types of Skills and Services include:
Experienced Exploration, Development and Operations Geologists.
Specialists in carbonates, clastics, specific formations, geographic areas.
Specialists in petrology, sedimentology, paleontology, hydrodynamics, log analysis, computer software.
Basin Analysis, Risk Assessment, Economic evaluation, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Project Management, Strategic Planning
Lab facilities - SEM, Porosity and Permeability, Thin sections, Capillary Pressure work etc
Geological support functions, Literature searches etc etc.
Companies seeking Services or Expertise should contact Dave Russum at Geo-Help (284-4775). Geo-Help has the flexibility to provide services and cost structures to match your specific needs. Annual fees, negotiated finders fees, hourly or daily rates, fixed price projects or full Project Management with third party billings can be arranged.
